for a friday afternoon.

I was at a little local coffee shop, ending my friday off with a great friend (Katie) and iced vanilla coffee; chillin' for about an hour after our classes were over for the day, kicking into weekend mode, talking about next semester and how great it will be to have Lauri back in Lakeland. The little Coffee Shop on Kentucky, Mitchell's they always have the friendliest baristas, great art, and the best music. The last time I was there, they were playing Sufjan, but today they were playing music to dance around the table to, and it was a great combination: Death Cab, and Postal Service. I know you are thinking, yeah, same guy. But it's more than that, for some reason I'd never thought to put the two together. And it's really a lovely pairing.

So go and listen to a couple of songs, close your eyes, and begin your weekend nicely.
